Job Description
AZ Pipe Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and organized professional for the position of Senior Marketing and Tender Officer in Addis Ababa.The Senior Marketing and Tender Officer will support marketing activities, tender management, bid preparation, proposal development, and coordination with different departments to ensure timely and competitive submissions.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Marketing
- Tendering
- Bid management
- Proposal preparation
🛠 Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of marketing principles.
- Knowledge of tender requirements and processes.
- Experience in campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong document management abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
