Branch Business Manager I-Dashen Bank

The Branch Business Manager I will lead branch operations and business growth by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, market expansion, and effective resource utilization. The role also ensures compliance with banking policies and promotes excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Required Skills

Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.

Experience with Core Banking Systems and Microsoft Office.

Project management and business development skills.

Customer relationship management and market analysis.

Leadership, coaching, risk management, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
