🛠️ Main Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and positive customer service according to British Council standards
• Achieve monthly income and customer-conversion targets
• Coordinate with Exams team members to provide a smooth customer journey
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints
• Support examination registration, payment, customer contact, and post-test activities
• Handle administrative tasks including:
  • Purchase orders
  • Cash counting
  • Customer communications
  • Bank-transfer processing
• Support sales and customer-service activities

🎓 Requirements

Required:

• Higher Diploma and/or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Customer Service Professional qualification
• Sales-related qualification/training
• Marketing and communications experience
• Experience using CRM software
