Call for Consultant – Organizational Structure Review | AZ Pipe Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Review the current organizational structure.
• Assess reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities.
• Identify organizational gaps, overlaps, and operational inefficiencies.
• Recommend improvements based on organizational development best practices.
• Facilitate discussions with management and key stakeholders.
• Finalize the organizational structure.
• Develop or update job descriptions where necessary.
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive final report with implementation recommendations.

Qualifications

Education

• Master's Degree in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Organizational Development
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Related field

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience conducting organizational restructuring assignments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Ethiopian labour regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and organizational assessment skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
