Job Description
The Chief Construction Operation Officer is responsible for overseeing all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall construction operations and project execution
- Develop and implement construction strategies and operational plans
- Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
