Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Leadership

• Develop and implement group-wide commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Advise executive leadership on market opportunities, growth initiatives, and commercial risks.

Revenue Growth & Sales Management

• Lead sales planning, target setting, and pipeline management across subsidiaries.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Lead marketing strategy and brand positioning across all business units.
• Ensure consistent messaging and communication standards.

Customer Experience

• Establish customer experience frameworks and service quality standards.
• Implement feedback systems to improve customer satisfaction.

Commercial Governance

• Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discount practices, and credit management.
• Promote ethical and transparent sales practices.

Performance Analysis

• Analyse commercial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive management and board members.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor sales, marketing, and customer experience teams across subsidiaries.
• Strengthen commercial capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of commercial experience
• At least 7 years in senior commercial leadership roles

Skills

• Strong sales management and marketing strategy experience
• Excellent commercial analysis and strategic planning skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
