Job Description
Ethiopian Coffee Company is seeking a skilled Coffee Roaster to ensure high-quality coffee production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coffee roasting and grading and a strong understanding of quality standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field
- Coffee Quality and Grading certificate from Coffee Authority-approved training centers (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in coffee roasting and grading
Key Responsibilities:
- Roast and grade coffee beans according to quality standards
- Maintain consistent quality control throughout production
- Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee products
Location: Gelan
Employment Type: Permanent
