Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of senior management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Commodity Export sector; coffee experience is preferred.
• Proven exposure to international trade.
• Understanding of the Green Coffee value chain and global market pricing, including NYSE.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian export laws and NBE directives.
• Understanding of international food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO.
• Strong executive leadership and strategic management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage C-suite executives and build a culture of transparency and meritocracy.
