Educational Background:

• Professional certifications related to cost or management accounting are an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and inventory accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor production costs, material usage, labor, and overheads
• Prepare cost sheets, variance analysis reports, and product costing models
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile production records with accounting data
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support audits by providing cost-related schedules and documentation
• Work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of cost accounting systems and manufacturing costing methods
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong reporting abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
