Job Description
Dashen Bank is inviting qualified applicants and fresh graduates for the position of Customer Service Officer – Maker. The role provides front-office customer service support at Dashen Bank branches, including account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and handling customer requests.

Responsibilities

- Follow the bank’s accounting procedures and banking systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
- 0 years of experience.
- Age not more than 25 years.
- Fresh graduates of 2025 G.C. and 2026 G.C. only.
- CGPA of 2.5 and above.
- Successful applicants are to be permanently assigned after six months of intensive training.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of banking accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and resolve customer issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of core banking systems.
