Job Description
Rammis Bank S.C. is inviting qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Officer at its Kersa Water location.The Customer Service Officer will support branch customer service operations, assist customers with banking services, and contribute to efficient and professional delivery of banking services in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience.
- Experience as a Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, or equivalent position is required.
