Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

• Maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for staff.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.

Software & Hardware Management

• Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades.

User Training & Documentation

• Train staff on IT systems and security best practices.
• Maintain manuals, documentation, and IT inventory.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies.
• Monitor threats and implement preventive measures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking, databases, and cybersecurity.
