Dema Hope Real Estate -Junior Construction Site Supervisor

The position is suitable for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering and 6 months–1 year of relevant construction/site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and attendance of site laborers.
• Assign daily tasks to laborers according to the work plan.
• Monitor construction progress against the planned schedule.
• Ensure construction materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
• Check delivered materials and report shortages or issues.
• Monitor the quality of ongoing construction work.
• Ensure laborers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.
• Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Site Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering.
• 6 months–1 year of relevant construction/site experience.
• Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required by construction activities and project schedules.
