Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily electrical installation activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and coordinate with other disciplines on site
• Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, control systems, etc.)
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports on progress, issues, and material usage
• Analyze client requirements, evaluate costs, and ensure compliance with safety codes and standards
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring material availability on site
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in real estate or construction projects is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of safety standards and electrical codes
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
