Job Description
Enat Bank S.C. is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Specialist at its Gelemso Branch. Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.The successful candidate will support branch cash and customer service operations, including handling cash transactions, verifying payment instruments, and performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
GPA Requirement:
- Male applicants: Minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Female applicants: Minimum CGPA of 2.75
Additional Requirements:
- University Exit Exam must be passed.
- Digital or physical National ID (Fayda) is required.
- Applicants must be 30 years old or younger.
- No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and deliver physical cash from and to the Cash Administrator.
- Collect and validate original payment instruments against system entries.
- Issue and sign authorized payment instruments.
- Verify and validate DRS incoming transfers and initiate DRS outgoing transfers.
- Exchange cash denominations and accurately post transactions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
