Finance & Administration Division Manager – Meba Microfinance Institution S.C.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the institution's capital structure and liquidity for loan disbursements.

Formulate savings and credit mobilization policies.

Direct staff recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management.

Manage institutional assets and general office services.

Ensure financial systems comply with National Bank of Ethiopia regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related business field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in senior positions.

At least 2 years of experience in a related position in the financial sector.

Experience in accounting jobs.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial institutions and their business operations.
