Job SummarySeed Microfinance Institution S.C. is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, financial controls, and compliance. The successful candidate will support strategic financial decision-making and ensure sound financial management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and management statements.
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
BA or MA in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Accounting
- Related fields
Experience:
- BA: Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- MA: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years senior experience in microfinance or banking sector.
- IFRS training and practical experience mandatory.
