Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

• Supervise the use, maintenance, and scheduling of company vehicles.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations.
• Optimize vehicle routing and utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing.

Facility Management

• Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of company facilities.
• Manage facility-related services, including utilities, repairs, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on facility-related projects.

Operational Support

• Develop and implement policies to improve fleet and facility efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet and facility operations.
• Support budgeting and cost-control measures.
• Provide guidance and supervision to fleet and facility team members.

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fleet supervision and facility supervision roles.

Required Skill

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
