Job Description
Sowirad Hotel is seeking Food and Beverage Control Officers to monitor costs, track inventory, and ensure smooth operation of food and beverage services. The role supports management with accurate reporting, cost analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor food and beverage costs daily, weekly, and monthly
- Track inventory levels and perform regular stock audits
- Analyze consumption, waste, and variances
- Review invoices, purchase orders, and supplier pricing
- Ensure correct portioning and standardized recipes
- Prepare cost reports for management
- Verify receiving procedures and minimize loss or theft
- Perform month-end inventory and reconciliation
- Recommend cost-saving strategies and process improvements
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Food and Beverage Control or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years relevant experience
Skills:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems and POS software
- Understanding of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
