Job Description
OMEDAD P.L.C invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for Furniture Factory Manager position who oversees the full furniture manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality craftsmanship, efficient production flow, and continuous improvement in cost and performance across all factory units.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end furniture production operations
- Coordinate manpower across production units
- Ensure product quality, finishing standards, and efficiency
- Improve production processes and cost control
- Solve technical and operational challenges
- Maintain compliance with manufacturing standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Wood Technology Or related fields
Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in:
- Furniture production
- Furniture finishing
Strong knowledge of:
- Furniture assembly & finishing processes
- Production flow management
- Cutting optimization software
- Technical drawings
- Familiarity with modern furniture materials, tools, and machinery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of production management software is an advantage
