Job Description
Walia Steel Industry is seeking a capable General Manager to lead operations at Best Plastic Industries. The role involves overseeing factory operations, managing teams, and ensuring production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall factory operations and production activities
- Ensure achievement of production and operational targets
- Supervise department heads and operational teams
- Monitor efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Prepare and present operational performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and processes
Job Requirements
Education
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Skills & Competencies
