Graduate Industrial Engineer – Chombe Seyoum Electrical Products Manufacturing (Addis Cable factory)

Key Responsibilities

• Support industrial engineering activities within the factory.
• Assist in analyzing and improving production processes.
• Support production planning and workflow improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operational waste.
• Assist in monitoring production performance and efficiency.
• Support quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with production and engineering teams to optimize resource utilization.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and technical documentation.
• Support implementation of process improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of industrial engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Production and process improvement skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of productivity and efficiency concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Language Requirement

Proficiency in Amharic, English, and Afaan Oromo is mandatory.
