Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Chombe Seyoum Electrical Products Manufacturing (Addis Cable factory)

Key Responsibilities

• Support mechanical engineering activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Assist with operation and maintenance of production machinery.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Support machinery inspection and performance improvement.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams.
• Assist with technical documentation and maintenance reports.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient use of production equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of industrial maintenance.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a factory environment.

Language Requirement

Proficiency in Amharic, English, and Afaan Oromo is mandatory.
