Host – ECCO Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage customer flow to the juice and salad bar service area.
• Maintain a clean and inviting entryway, waiting area, and queue lines.
• Communicate accurate waiting times to guests.
• Manage reservations or call-ahead seating when applicable.
• Assist guests with menu information, including ingredients, customization options, allergens, and daily specials.
• Manage host station duties, including seating assignments and guest lists.
• Coordinate with servers and preparation staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Operation or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hospitality environment.
