Hostess / Customer Service : Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with premium hospitality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
• Coordinate with different departments to support smooth service delivery.
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling customer information.
• Support front-line service operations and hospitality activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or a related social science field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, or premium hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in formal guest reception and professional communication at a luxury service standard.

• Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude.
• Strong hospitality etiquette and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
