Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across departments and affiliated units
• Review financial statements, records, and operational processes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and irregularities
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and the Board
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Maintain independence, confidentiality, and professional ethics

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and risk management
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong professional judgment and integrity
• Ability to work independently and objectively

Preferred

• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
