Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Customization

• Customize ERP modules (HR, Finance, Project, Stock, Fleet, Procurement)
• Develop new features aligned with business processes
• Maintain system performance and integrity

System Administration & Deployment

• Manage Ubuntu/Linux servers
• Configure and maintain PostgreSQL databases
• Perform testing, debugging, updates, and deployments

User Support & Training

• Provide daily technical support
• Develop user manuals and SOPs
• Deliver training sessions to staff

Digital Transformation

• Support implementation of digital strategies
• Integrate ERP with other organizational systems
• Promote digital adoption and governance

Deliverables

• Fully functional and customized ERP system
• Technical documentation (manuals, SOPs)
• Training reports and sessions
• System deployment and maintenance reports

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (full-stack development preferred)

Technical Skills

• Programming: Java, Node.js, scripting
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Systems: Ubuntu/Linux server administration
• ERP system development and deployment

Additional Advantages

• Experience with LMS, EMIS, or EdTech systems
• Knowledge of Power BI, QGIS, Pivot Tables
• Experience working in low-bandwidth environments

Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document systems and train users
• Ability to demonstrate previous technical work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
