Qualification & Experience

Education:

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Only 2023 and 2024 graduates
• CGPA 3.00 and above
• Passing the University Exit Exam is mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in a manufacturing sector
• Experience in the cement industry is an added advantage

Certification:

• IFRS Certificate (required)

Age Limit:

• Not more than 25 years

Required Competencies & Skills

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Familiarity with IFRS standards and financial compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
• Financial and resource management skills, including budgeting, inventory oversight, and supplier coordination
