Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise maintenance staff and technical operations.

Equipment Management

• Ensure proper functioning of generators, refrigeration systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain maintenance logs and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with operational guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant maintenance experience.
• Generator maintenance experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel and reporting).
• Hotel or Restaurant industry experience is advantageous.
