Job Description
VisionFund Micro Finance Institution is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Operation to lead and manage human resources operations while supporting effective people management and organizational administration.
Qualifications & Experience
Option 1 – Master’s Degree
- Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of demonstrated experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Option 2 – Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 years of demonstrated experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
