Marketing Officer – Zelalem Import & Export

Key Responsibilities

Promote generators, water pumps, and other electrical and mechanical equipment to potential customers.

Identify new customers, conduct market research and field visits, and develop business opportunities.

Explain product specifications and recommend suitable equipment based on customer needs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.

Prepare and submit regular marketing and sales performance reports.

Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales leads, and marketing activities.

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Required Skills

Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Marketing, sales, and business development abilities.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment is beneficial.

Market research and customer prospecting skills.

Reporting, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
