💼 Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Owning the regional sales target for medical equipment, reagents and consumables
- Building and managing the regional sales team
- Managing distributors and key hospital accounts
- Driving installation follow-up and after-sales coordination
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing receivable collection and credit exposure within the region
- Reporting regional performance against BSC and OKR targets
