Key Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and technical issues.
• Support configuration and maintenance of network devices.
• Assist with network security and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain network documentation and technical records.
• Support implementation of network-related projects and upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.
