Nurse Saglan Wajee General Hospital

The successful candidate will provide nursing care, monitor patients’ health, administer prescribed treatments, maintain accurate medical records, and support healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.

Provide basic nursing care, including hygiene assistance, feeding, and patient comfort.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations and medical procedures.

Educate patients and their families about health, treatment, and disease prevention.

Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Comprehensive Nursing from a recognized government university.

Work Experience:

No minimum years of experience required.

Academic Requirement:

Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in both Afaan Oromoo and Amharic is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ETB 16,483.00
