Job Description
Tazma Medical and Surgical Specialized Center is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to dispense medications safely and accurately, provide patient counseling, maintain pharmacy records, and support effective medication inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and established procedures.
- Review prescriptions for appropriate medication, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide patients with clear instructions on medication use, dosage, and precautions.
- Maintain accurate medication dispensing and pharmacy transaction records.
- Monitor medication stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and properly storing medicines and medical supplies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid professional registration/license.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good medication dispensing, patient counseling, and pharmacy management skills.
