Position Summary
Transcend International School is seeking an energetic and experienced Physical Education Teacher to deliver high-quality PE and sports programmes that promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, confidence, and healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons.
- Develop students’ physical skills, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and supervise sports activities and competitions.
- Support extracurricular sports programmes.
- Promote participation, inclusion, and positive sporting values.
- Ensure appropriate safety and safeguarding practices during physical activities.
- Contribute to school sports events and community activities.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Previous teaching experience in an international-school environment.
- Experience organizing sports competitions and extracurricular activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sports and Physical Education practices.
- Strong classroom/group management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate students.
- Ability to promote teamwork and discipline.
