Educational Background:

• Degree in Industrial Production Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields
• Additional professional training in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or production optimization is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production
• Demonstrated experience in supervising production teams and optimizing manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output targets
• Supervise shop floor staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and machinery performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality control departments
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics for senior management
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
