Qualifications

• BA/BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing or bottled water production is mandatory

• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage shifts and production schedules

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
• Manage production staff and assign responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Reduce downtime and improve productivity
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis
• Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams
