Job Description
Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) PLC is seeking a qualified and motivated Production Supervisor to support its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), supporting regulatory audits, and contributing to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and production resources.
- Facilitate and support various regulatory audits.
- Provide training and technical guidance to production staff.
- Troubleshoot production-related problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support cost-reduction and yield-improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to efficient and smooth pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
- BSc Degree in Chemistry from a recognized college or university.
💼 Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related production environment is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate production teams.
- Knowledge of GMP and manufacturing practices.
- Ability to work toward production targets and deadlines.
