Production Supervisor to oversee production activities and support efficient ready-mix concrete operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Technology
  • Related technical field
• Relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ready-mix concrete operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities.
• Coordinate production personnel and plant operations.
• Monitor production processes and output.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Report operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Help achieve production targets efficiently.
