Job Description
Job SummaryBahti Engineering PLC is seeking a qualified Project Manager to support the successful technical and operational delivery of foundation engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, manage project documentation, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise foundation engineering project activities.
- Manage project planning, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Review technical documents, reports, and project records.
- Ensure quality control and workplace safety compliance.
- Identify project challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Support project reporting and documentation processes.
- Monitor construction progress and provide updates to management.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in project meetings and technical discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Technology
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction site engineering.
- Experience in:
- Piling works
- Shoring projects
- Foundation engineering works
is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong construction project management knowledge.
- Good understanding of civil and foundation engineering.
- Ability to manage site operations and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent reporting and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
