Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.- Relevant work experience is required (experience in a corporate setting is preferred).- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems is an advantage.- Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.Responsibilities- Travel Desk Duties:- Research and compare travel options to identify the most suitable arrangements.- Book tickets based on proposed travel dates, process necessary documentation, and obtain required approvals.- Prepare and send payment confirmation letters to travel agents and ensure timely follow-up on payments.- Coordinate visa applications by liaising with embassies, preparing necessary documents, and managing the application process from start to finish.- Receptionist Duties:- Welcome and assist visitors by providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.- Manage and direct incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as needed.- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers in person, over the phone, and via email.
