Job Description

Binget Holding PLC is a leading company in the import and export business, specializing in two and three-wheel vehicles, spare parts, coffee, oil seeds, and consumer goods manufacturing. We are currently seeking a talented Receptionist to join our team.

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    Diploma or above in Office Administration, Customer Handling, Hotel Tourism, or related fields
    Experience: 1-year relevant work experience in a similar position

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent customer handling and communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with office equipment
  • Energetic, approachable, and punctual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and handle reservations via email, website, or phone
  • Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and manage the front desk
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and visitors
