Job Description
Safaricom Ethiopia is seeking a customer-focused and commercially capable professional for its Corporate Account Management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in service and/or customer management for major corporate clients.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Understanding of telecommunications products and technologies.
- Ability to manage customer issues and deliver high-quality service.
- Strong listening, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under customer pressure.
- Understanding of English and local language.
- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
Advantage: ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA or similar certifications.
