Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing activities.
• Develop sales targets, quotas, revenue expectations, and selling methodologies.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and develop market expansion plans.
• Plan and manage advertising, direct marketing, online marketing, PR, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, costs, methods, and results.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales and marketing teams.
• Support contract negotiation and change management.
• Oversee the development of marketing and communication materials.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and coordinate multiple projects.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: BSc or MSc in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

💼 Experience:10+ years of experience in senior-level sales or marketing management.
