Job Description
EMDF International PLC is seeking qualified and experienced Sales Officers to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, manage customer orders, and support the company in achieving its sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Handle complex client requests and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of medicines.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy and pharmaceutical transportation regulations.
- Support promotional campaigns and other sales activities.
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on client needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales practices is required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and manage customer relationships.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical handling and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
