Sales Officer - EMDF International PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics teams regarding order fulfillment and delivery.
• Handle complex customer requests and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy and transportation regulations.
• Support promotional campaigns and other sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Maximum stated experience requirement: 3 years.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly relevant.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and proper medicine handling.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with pharmacy and logistics teams.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of pharmacy and transportation compliance requirements.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
