Job Description
Vertex SACCO Ltd is looking for Sales Officers to identify sales opportunities, acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.The role involves field and direct sales activities, customer follow-up, achievement of sales targets, accurate record keeping and regular reporting of sales activities and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Conduct field and direct sales activities.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Report daily and weekly sales activities and results.
- Work closely with Lead Generation and Marketing teams.
- Represent the company professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Completion of Grade 12.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
