Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proven experience in financial reporting, audit support, and general ledger management

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile balances regularly
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, company policies, and financial regulations
• Strengthen internal controls and recommend improvements
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
