Qualification & Experience

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 5 years total experience
• At least 3 years in cost and budget accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production cost analysis
• Develop and control company budgets
• Analyze cost variances and recommend improvements
• Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis
• Work closely with production and procurement teams
• Prepare periodic cost reports for management

Required Skills

• Strong cost accounting knowledge
• Budget planning and forecasting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Advanced Excel proficiency
